When a victim of crime receives financial support, we can recover money from the convicted person. The NSW Government supports victims and witnesses of crime by acknowledging their trauma and offering advice to navigate the justice process. You are not required to pay the fine but it may still appear on your driving record. After you submit your review, we will put your fine on hold while we investigate it.
